Máy chủ giữ gì

Máy chủ của Vozaki (chạy trên Cloudflare) là “hộp thư mù”. Máy chủ chỉ giữ:

Máy chủ không giữ nội dung tin nhắn, tên hiển thị, ảnh đại diện, danh sách bạn bè, nhóm hay ai nhắn cho ai.

Cuộc gọi đi thẳng giữa các điện thoại (WebRTC, mã hóa DTLS-SRTP). Khi không nối thẳng được, âm thanh/hình ảnh đã mã hóa đi qua máy chủ chuyển tiếp TURN của Cloudflare; máy chủ đó thấy địa chỉ IP và lượng dữ liệu, không thấy nội dung.

Như mọi dịch vụ mạng, Cloudflare có thể ghi nhật ký kỹ thuật ngắn hạn (địa chỉ IP, thời điểm, loại yêu cầu) để vận hành và chống lạm dụng. Chúng tôi đã tắt nhật ký ứng dụng và không dùng các nhật ký này để nhận diện người dùng.

Khóa mã hóa, danh bạ Vozaki, tin nhắn và tệp lưu trong vùng riêng của ứng dụng, được hệ điều hành bảo vệ; khóa bí mật được mã hóa thêm bằng khóa trong Keychain (iOS) hoặc Keystore (Android). Xóa ứng dụng là xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu này.

Sao lưu (nếu bạn bật): một tệp mã hóa bằng 24 từ khôi phục, lưu vào thư mục bạn chọn (iCloud Drive, Google Drive…). Chỉ ai có 24 từ mới mở được; chúng tôi không có bản sao và không khôi phục giúp được.

Thiết bị liên kết (iPad, máy Mac): mỗi thiết bị có khóa riêng và nhận bản sao tài khoản từ điện thoại của bạn, mã hóa đầu-cuối.

Dịch và chuyển giọng nói thành chữ

Chỉ chạy khi bạn bấm “Dịch” hoặc “Chuyển thành chữ”, và chạy ngay trên thiết bị: iPhone/iPad dùng bộ dịch và nhận dạng giọng nói có sẵn của Apple; Android dùng ML Kit của Google. Lần đầu dùng một ngôn ngữ, máy tải gói ngôn ngữ về. Nội dung tin nhắn không được gửi ra ngoài. ML Kit có thể gửi cho Google số liệu sử dụng ẩn danh (ví dụ lỗi, hiệu năng), không gồm nội dung.

Link mời và mã QR

Link mời kết bạn, vào nhóm, vào kênh và mã QR chứa khóa và mã hộp thư cần để kết nối. Phần này nằm sau dấu “#” nên không gửi lên máy chủ của chúng tôi, nhưng ứng dụng bạn dùng để gửi link (Zalo, Messenger, SMS…) có thể thấy. Link kênh cho phép đọc kênh: chỉ gửi cho người bạn muốn.

Báo cáo vi phạm

Vì tin nhắn mã hóa đầu-cuối, Vozaki không tự xem được nội dung. Khi bạn bấm “Báo cáo”, ứng dụng mở email tới hotro@vozaki.app với lý do và (nếu bạn chọn) các tin nhắn gần nhất; bạn quyết định có gửi hay không. Chúng tôi chỉ dùng báo cáo để xử lý vi phạm.

Xóa tài khoản

Trong ứng dụng: Cài đặt → Xóa tài khoản. Tên người dùng, hộp thư và mọi gói tin chờ giao trên máy chủ bị xóa ngay, cùng toàn bộ dữ liệu trên máy. Chi tiết: vozaki.app/delete-account.

Trẻ em

Vozaki không dành cho trẻ dưới 13 tuổi và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.

Privacy Policy (English)

What the server holds. The Vozaki server (on Cloudflare) is a blind mailbox. It keeps only: encrypted envelopes waiting for delivery (deleted once received, 30 days at most, no sender outside the encryption); encrypted attachments, Moment media and channel media (deleted after 30 days; the keys travel only inside encrypted messages); a random mailbox ID, the public key proving ownership and your Apple/Google push token (pushes carry no content; your device decrypts to show the notification); your username and public contact card, only if you register one; channel posts, encrypted, for 30 days (anyone with the channel link can read them; the server cannot and does not know who follows); and, only while moving to a new phone or linking a device, an encrypted copy of the account, deleted as soon as it is downloaded. It never holds message content, display names, profile photos, friend lists, groups or who talks to whom.

Calls go directly between devices (WebRTC, DTLS-SRTP). When a direct path is not possible, encrypted media passes through Cloudflare's TURN relay, which sees IP addresses and traffic volume, not content. Like any online service, Cloudflare may keep short-term technical logs (IP address, time, request type) for operations and abuse prevention; our application logs are off and we do not use these logs to identify users.

Offline (Bluetooth). Vozaki passes messages through nearby Vozaki phones, including strangers'. Private messages stay end-to-end encrypted, so relaying phones cannot read them. SOS and the local channel are public to everyone nearby: an SOS includes your display name, location (if you allow it), battery level, number of people and needs. SOS sent to your emergency contacts is end-to-end encrypted.

On your devices. Keys, contacts, messages and files live in the app's private storage, protected by the operating system; secret keys are additionally encrypted with a key in the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore. Backups (if you turn them on) are a file encrypted with your 24-word recovery phrase, saved to the folder you choose (iCloud Drive, Google Drive…); only someone with the 24 words can open it, and we cannot restore it for you. Linked devices (iPad, Mac) have their own keys and receive an end-to-end encrypted copy of the account from your phone.

Translation and transcription run only when you tap “Translate” or “Transcribe”, and run on the device: Apple's built-in translation and speech recognition on iPhone/iPad, Google ML Kit on Android. A language pack is downloaded the first time. Message content is not sent anywhere. ML Kit may send Google anonymous usage statistics (such as errors and performance), not content.

Invite links and QR codes (friends, groups, channels) contain the keys and mailbox IDs needed to connect. That part sits after “#”, so it never reaches our server, but the app you share the link through may see it. A channel link lets anyone who has it read the channel.

Permissions. Camera: QR codes, photos, video calls. Microphone: voice messages and calls. Photos: only what you pick to send, and saving when you choose. Location: only when you share a location, send an SOS or a safety check, and to show the distance to an SOS; no background tracking. Bluetooth: messaging and SOS with nearby devices when offline. Speech recognition and Face ID / fingerprint: on-device transcription; app lock. Notifications: messages, calls, SOS.

Reports. Because messages are end-to-end encrypted, Vozaki cannot see content on its own. Tapping “Report” opens an email to hotro@vozaki.app with the reason and, if you choose, recent messages; you decide whether to send it. We use reports only to handle abuse.

Deleting your account. In the app: Settings → Delete account. Your username, mailbox and waiting envelopes are deleted from the server immediately, along with all data on the device. Details: vozaki.app/delete-account.

Children. Vozaki is not intended for children under 13.
